Overview

In the notes on Pathophysiology, we have provided two kinds of notes, namely Handwritten notes, and Standard notes.

Pathophysiology notes are the science of understanding the causes of illness and the responses of the body response to the cause of disease. It is designed to give an understanding of all the pertinent aspects of the nature of different conditions, their applications in pharmacology, as well as an understanding of the basic pathophysiological processes. This course will not just aid in studying the pathology curriculum but also provide the foundational understanding required to be able to practice medically safely, confidently efficiently, rationally, and with confidence.

Friends Pathophysiology is the subject of the second semester in the B Pharm course. according to the syllabus of PCI B Pharm 2nd Semester, it is 5 units in this subject.

Hematological Disease

Megaloblastic anemia, iron deficiency (Vit B12 & the folic acid) sickle cell anemia, & thalassemia hemophilia, anemia acquired through hereditary means.

The system of the endocrine

Thyroid diseases, diabetes, & disorders of hormones that are sex.

Nervous system

Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy stroke, psychosomatic disorders such as schizophrenia, depression, as well as Alzheimer’s disease.

Gastrointestinal system

Inflammatory bowel disorders
